   Scooter Forums

- Battle scooters:ADVrider  The Adventure Rider scooter subforum, friendly, all about the fun factor, the ride, and pushing the limits for man and machine.
- Chinese Scooter Club  A UK forum for all chinese scooter enthusuasts and riders.  A rowdy & enthusiastic bunch, quite a few americans there. Expect some vulgarity & sophomoric humor.
- Honda Helix Discussion Board  A forum for Honda Helix enthusiasts, as well as Helix clones.
- Moped Riders Association  A forum for moped and scooter riders, reviews, repair & service tips, and issues facing urban riders.
- MyVento-dot-Net  Chinese scooter oriented, with sub-forums for a number of chinese scooter makes, & Vento, Geely, UM Yahoo Groups all in one place.
- ScootDawg Forum  Like most chinese scooter boards, this forum's more focused on keeping them running than on riding.  Lots of helpful folks.  Politically incorrect opinions tolerated! :)
- ScooterBBS.com  Owned by BigassMotors, the oldest online scooter board with the largest user base. Clunky old software, lots of info and crude, rude, subpar behavior.  R-rated
- ScooterDiva.com  The name says it all: a forum for all you scooter divas, a comfortable place where machismo's totally absent, and there's even a recipe sub-forum.
- ScooterForumOnline  Owned by Jacar Enterprises, distributing Tank and Roketa, also selling other makes; mostly Tank users, but cordial to others.
- Sharing the Ride-Scooter Board, forums for scooter riding tales, safety tips, reviews. Brand new scooter forum for all scooterists to share riding experiences.
- TwistnGoScoot Yahoo  Forum for all automatic (CVT) scooters, the format isn't particularly user friendly, a fairly small, rather eclectic group of posters.
- UrbanScootin.com  Active forum of mostly urban riders, nominally a Honda Metropolitan forum, but open to all, ocassional bad language, a quite politically correct moderated forum.

Scooters and Parts: Indiana

These are all Indiana shops where I've had positive experiences as a customer recently.

-Heeters Performance Center  Selling scooters since 1977, friendly, many accessories, I don't
know about their shipping. It's a nice ride there, so I go and browse when I need something.
-Ehlerding Motorsports  Honda dealer that also sells Manco scooters, courteous service, but
rather pricy for parts and accessories
-Indy Cycle Ranch  Currently doing a much needed rebuild of their website, good prices on parts, friendly service, high minimum shipping charge, so go there if you're close enough
-Red Line Honda  Courteous, helpful staff, though their parts dept doesn't seem too large, they're willing to order available parts and accessories that they don't have in stock
-Woodson Motorsports  Friendly and helpful, they carry Suzuki, Vespa, and Piaggio scooters
and have reasonably priced accessory lines
